A special attraction of glass sphere photography lies in the complete technical independence of this optical aid: You simply place your Rollei Lensball in the desired perspective and focus with the shortest possible focal length and open aperture on the selected motif in the centre of the sphere. The mirroring of the main focus, rotated by 180°, curves perfectly towards the edges of the Lensball and is framed by an atmospheric blur. Whether you rotate the image again during post-processing depends exclusively on your personal preferences.
